Login to Your Password-Protected Page.

A password-protected page on your Wix website can only be accessed through a password protected window. When a visitor accesses a page that you have protected with a password, they will be asked to provide the password in order to access.

Important:

Only visitors who know the password can view the page.

A password protected page prevents search engines from crawling and indexing that page. This means that password protected pages do not appear in search results.

To password protect a page:

  • Click Menus & Pages on the left side of the Editor.

  • Click the relevant page.

  • Click the Show More icon.

  • Click Settings.

  • Click the Permissions tab.

  • Click Password Holders.

  • Enter the page's password.

  • Select the language of your login screen.
